HOW DO you cater to food allergies? Is IT OKAY FOR CELIACS TO EAT?

While we do not operate a food allergen-free kitchen, we are very sensitive to food allergies and take customer requests very seriously. Note - all of the premium meat products are pre-cooked, so there are no concerns about cross-contamination. We are not a gluten-free (GF) certified kitchen, so we do not recommend customers with Celiac disease to eat our regular crust. We do offer a completely gluten-free, vegan cauliflower crust option, but it is cooked in the same ovens as our non-GF pizza. For those customers with sensitivities rather than allergies, our regular dough does contain wheat (gluten), but the traditional processes that we use do not activate the proteins in the gluten to the same extent as in most other pizza crusts. Please give us a call. We’d love to chat through your dietary concerns and needs.

Dairy Allergy - if you have an allergy to dairy, you will need to have our white base sauce and request no cheese, as our red sauce base contains a hard cheese. All pizzas including our GF crust come with cheese unless otherwise requested.

Nut Allergy - we are not a nut-free kitchen. We do serve Nutella pizza that we prepare at a separate workstation using a different pizza cutter.

CAN I GET Gluten Free (GF) pizza by the Slice

No, we currently only offer our GF crust in the 12” option.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

No, unfortunately at this time, we do not have a reliable delivery option that can maintain the quality standards you expect of us. We will continue to search for the right third-party provider.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We happily accept cash, all major forms of credit and debit.

CAN I ORDER AHEAD OF TIME?

YES, please do. If there is a specific time that you would like to pick up your order, we definitely suggest placing your order early in the day to avoid the queue rush.

Likewise for larger orders. While we typically can accommodate orders of 1-4 pizzas, for orders of 5+ pizzas we suggest placing your order 24-48 hours in advance whenever possible.

HOW LONG DOES A TAKE OUT ORDER TYPICALLY TAKE?

With the exception of slices that we offer between noon and 3 pm, all of our pizzas are hand-tossed and made to order. We are an independent pizza shop operating two pizza ovens. Our top priority is to ensure we delight every ‘family member’ that chooses to have a meal with us, so we strive to manage the dinner rush expectations by providing all customers with a pick-up time window. Typically this window is between 20-30 minutes (or 30-40 minutes during peak times) from when you place your order depending on the time of day, but all orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis (with the exception of pre-placed orders).

CAN I REHEAT MY PIZZA?

Absolutely! In fact, if you are planning for leftovers or ordering in advance of a family gathering, we suggest placing your order and requesting it to be par-cooked. When you are ready to serve the pizza or eat your leftovers (who doesn’t love leftovers?), simply preheat your oven to 325 degrees C, place pizza on a preheated cookie sheet and bake until the cheese melts (generally about 8-10 mins).

CAN I FREEZE MY PIZZA?

You sure can. When ready to reheat, defrost and follow the instructions above.
