A Slice of Family Tradition

At Spitfire Slice Co., our small pizza business isn't just about mouthwatering flavors and crispy crusts; it's a reflection of our deep-rooted family values ~ loyalty, respect, hard work, integrity, community, gratitude, and togetherness.

We are two sisters (Sarah and Jen) married to two brothers (Chris and Richard) who grew up in Caledon, ON. While we have always been a close-knit family (not sure we could get any closer at this point - we found a way), the pandemic gave us an opportunity to pause, reevaluate priorities, think differently, and explore new opportunities.

So in late 2022, our dream of owning our own business came to life when we purchased our first shop from the original owner. Even though our professional lives didn’t start in the restaurant business, we have complimentary skills to consistently deliver an exceptional experience, we know a great pizza after decades of personal ‘product testing’, we have learned from the best and honour those authentic processes & our team is top notch!

But enough about us…

Our goals are for you to be regulars, to feel like you are a part of our crazy family every time you walk through the door, to share a story or a laugh or two at the pick-up counter, to leave with a smile on your face and a delicious meal to feed your family.
